How to download Metacafe video

(1) Visit Metacafe.com and play the Metacafe video. The playing video will be grabed by Yahoo Downloader

(2) Select the grabbed Metacafe video then click 'Download It'. The video will be downloaded

(3) You can open the compleated file and open the file forder by 'Open File' and 'Open Forder'
